Benjamin A. Shore, Esq.

Ben is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. His practice spans civil and criminal matters in state and federal court — trying bench trials, arguing motions, and handling appeals. Favorable outcomes include sentences below the State's plea offer and civil recoveries totaling more than $750,000 for clients.

A creative problem-solver who gravitates toward complex litigation, Ben's depth runs through employment law, federal courts practice, education law, electronic discovery, and public-records litigation.

Before private practice, Ben served across all three branches of the federal government — as a Paralegal Specialist in the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division at Main Justice in Washington, D.C., supporting multi-district, international narcotics investigations; serving in the Executive Office of the President (The White House); and in the chambers of three federal judges, including the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Beyond the courtroom, Ben builds and ships legal software — founder of OPRA Pro, the NJ OPRA Portal, and Sign With Shore — co-founder of Rise Against Hate, and the investigative reporter behind Shore Investigates.
